We are looking for a ACCOUNT PROJECT MANAGER!

You will be part of a growing team, where you will provide the link between clients and the digital & content studio and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You will make sure the client is happy while working in a diversified, energetic and fun environment. It will also be up to you to coordinate the various activities of the internal team. You will typically handle content projects for different clients.

You’ll also be involved in the development of Studio Royale, our brand new in-house studio for video, photo, podcast and streaming shoots.


EXAMPLES OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY TASKS:

Be the client’s superhero! Meet them as often as possible (meeting, lunch, drinks…), come to their rescue, make them feel safe and show them that you (and us) will always both save the day and make their day!
Moving to photo & video shootings in Belgium and beyond
Coordinate brief, strategic and creative recommendations, comply with and record budgets and schedules
Organise and monitor project production and scheduling (video, photo, radio, podcast and digital)
Write reports, keeping records and financial details
Build a strong understanding of all areas of the marketing business and manage day-to-day activities
Ensure both your client and our team are happy, while maintaining quality throughout the projects

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• You’re open-minded, curious and ambitious with high integrity.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, proactive and independent.
• You have an excellent level of English, Dutch and French.
• You should have a good grasp of the Microsoft Office and Google suite, any certification Meta and/or Google is a plus.
• You already have at least one 1st strong experience in project/production management (content production is a must-have!).
• Strong communication skills and culture with a passion for entertainment, content marketing and digital.
• You’re a team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy.
